Warehouse Supplies is committed to ensuring you have the right equipment for your operations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of the pallet or package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
